M.O.A. GUNDOGS Gridley, CA Retriever Dog Training

This training is for retriever puppies 4-5 months. Your pup will be taught basic on lead obedience and “ how to learn”. This is a precursor to gundog/duck dog training and to build a foundation for your pups future success.

This training is for retrievers 6 months and older. The purpose of the gundog program is to prepare your dog for it‘s first year of waterfowl hunting. The end goal is to produce a well mannered gundog/ duck dog that is at AKC Junior Hunter level. This program is typically 3-4 months of training.

This training is for retrievers that have been through gundog training and need a pre-season refresher. The purpose is to brush up on previous training and fine tune any issues.Training with birds daily to help you and your dog start the season off right. (October)

This training is for retrievers 6 months and older. Your dog will be taught basic commands and on lead obedience. A well mannered family pet is the goal.

Your dog will be housed in a clean and sanitary run with ample space. The dogs are aired and walked multiple times daily. 

Our trained dogs vary in training level and purpose. From well mannered retrievers ready to start their first waterfowl season to obedient family dogs.
